Window Ledges
The window ledges to all rooms at CMRS are very high above the Lane below.
PLEASE DO NOT put food, drinks, or objects of any other kind on any of the window ledges
Items may fall and cause injury to innocent passers-by or damage to vehicles and property.
The window ledges are also fitted with 'Pigeon Proof Spikes' which may be damaged or rendered inoperative if items are placed on top of them.
Pigeons are disease-ridden vermin! Under no circumstances should they be fed or otherwise encouraged to flock around the building.
