Travel & Visits

CMRS students often find it possible to travel during the semester, however, we advise you to be cautious in making bookings before you arrive in Oxford and finalise your timetable.  Academic commitments will not be rearranged to suit travel plans.

The International Student Identity Card (ISIC) provides limited medical advice as well as special rates for travel in the UK and Europe and reduced entry fees at many museums and theatres.

Family and friends are welcome to visit, but they will have to find their own accommodation.  A list with some suggested accommodation is available here.
