Accommodation

This is provided in St Michael’s Hall, which was partially refurbished in Summer 2011 and situated in the centre of Oxford. Twenty rooms are available for the use of Fellows, approximately half of which are suitable for shared occupancy. Rooms are fully furnished with beds, wardrobes and other storage, desks or tables and chairs. Bedding and bed linen is supplied and laundered by CMRS but Fellows must supply their own towels, toiletries, and any other furnishings. Accommodation is provided on a Self-Catering basis.

Facilities

St Michael’s Hall is well adapted to the requirements of Research Fellows. In addition to a main Lecture Hall with fully fitted with modern A/V technology, other teaching and study spaces, there is a newly-built open-plan common room, kitchen and dining area for self catering.  A lockable refrigerator is provided for each room, with storage cupboards, and plentiful grocery-stores are located within a few hundred yards. Wi-fi is available throughout the building.
