Official Transcript Requests

Send transcript request to: Administration, CMRS, St Michael's Hall, Shoe Lane, Oxford, OX1 2DP, England.

Please make your request in writing, stating the number of copies of you require, along with the full name and address of the institution/s that should receive your transcript/s.

If you attended for more than one term, there will be a separate transcript for each term - we are unable issue one transcript for both terms.

Each transcript costs $5 (USD), which must be sent in cash (notes only please - place between 2 sheets of white paper and mail in the usual way). We do not accept cheques, money orders or credit cards as payment.
