Payment: Fees should be paid by either:
i. Wiring money: Wiring instructions will be printed on the reverse of your invoice.
ii. Bank draft in pounds sterling: Payable to The Centre for Medieval & Renaissance Studies’ can normally be arranged through your local bank.
Please Note: CMRS cannot accept dollar bank drafts, cheques, or payment by credit card.

Refunds: The deposit is not refundable under any circumstances once the student has been accepted. Participants are advised to take out insurance cover against illness and unforeseen circumstances that may arise between payment of the deposit and completion of the semester. A student who withdraws after making the final payment but not less than fourteen days before the beginning of term will receive a full refund of fees minus the deposit. No fees can be refunded after that date. Students will not be permitted to commence any course or part thereof unless all fees have been paid in full or payment dates have been guaranteed in writing by their scholarship or institutional loan provider.

Board: St Peter’s College provides cafeteria-style meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for CMRS students throughout each semester. The service will extend to breakfast, lunch and dinner every day during the ten weeks of each University term, with ‘brunch’ in place of breakfast and lunch on Sundays. During the four weeks of each semester outside University term, meals will only be available from Mondays to Fridays. A food allowance of £60 is recommended for the four weekends each semester when food is not available in College. Food at St Peter’s is excellent value for money, costing far less than comparable food in a restaurant or pub, and is one of the major financial benefits enjoyed by CMRS students. The cost of board is included in fees.  Should there be occasions when meals are not available to students as the result of formal competing functions in the College, at CMRS or unforeseen kitchen closures, refunds will not be paid. There are also kitchen and dining facilities in St Michael’s Hall and the student annexes where students may prepare meals.
